The late Mr. F. J. Walker, of Dublin, who was, unfortunately, killed at the recent Tourist Trophy Races in the Isle-of-Man.  He was in 1912 Hon. Sec. of the Dublin and District Motor Cycle Club, and took part in many Irish motor cycle races.
