I never heard you were ill else I would have written, hope you are quite strong, also your Mother. We are all in the best of health. Baby is almost walking, he is a fine big boy, he resembles me. Kathleen is like her Daddy. I hope you will have the pleasure of seeing her soon. I am preparing for the paper hangers tomorrow, else I would have written a letter. Love from A. Eadie

Patient in above Ward died at 3.15 a.m. on this 3rd day of May 1926. Please come as soon as possible. Nurse Rafferty, Officer in Charge of Ward. Dispatched at 7 a.m. this 3rd day of May 1926  ~  Post Office Telegraphs 4th May 1926 to James Gill, Ballymacashen, Killinchy. Lizzie dead come now.
